Sapphire Airend Warranty Program

As an incentive to new clients to sign CRU AIR +GAS Service Agreements, CRU AIR+GAS will warranty the Airend’s presently installed on lubricated rotary screw compressors at the customer’s location. This extended Airend warranty will last as long as the customer maintains an active/current service agreement with CRU AIR+GAS. The warranted machine(s) must perform the purpose and function they were designed and intended when used, serviced, and maintained per the original equipment manufacturer’s instructions and specifications. If the customer’s Airend fails to perform as warranted, CRU AIR+GAS will – at its option – repair or replace the Airend as indicated and upon the terms and provisions set forth below.

Warranty Coverage

Airends are covered under warranty on new customer’s compressors as long as the customer maintains an active service agreement with CRU AIR+GAS and keeps their account paid within CRU AIR+GAS’s payment terms

Airend shaft seals, O-rings, gaskets, and inlet valves are considered standard-wearing parts and are not covered under this warranty.
Warranty requires the use of CRU AIR+GAS synthetic lubricant and GE (Genuine Equivalent) parts. Service agreement labor is to be conducted by an authorized CRU AIR+GAS service technician.
Oil analysis is required and will be conducted as standard procedure on CRU AIR+GAS service agreements to indicate the Airend’s condition. CRU AIR+GAS may choose to service an Airend before its failure if indicated as such by the oil analysis.
Warranty policy shall cover both Airend parts and labor on the repair of the Airend during regular business hours. Removal and reinstallation will be charged at the time.
Should the Airend failure cause damage to other machine components or contaminate the lubricant or filters, CRU AIR+GAS will not be responsible for the replacement of these components.
