BOGE’s HLD Series twin tower desiccant dryers are designed to remove water vapor from your compressed air system. This can lower the pressure dewpoint to -40 or even as low as -94 deg F! No liquid or ice crystals will form even if the compressed air temperature falls to forty degrees below zero.

The PLC monitors and controls your HLD dryer. The system monitors multiple inputs, showing pertinent data on the digital display and controlling the fully automated drying and regeneration cycles. With the optional Energy Saver Option, your dew point demand system uses a reliable precision hygrometer to monitor the outlet dew point continually and extend the cycle for maximum energy savings. This includes real-time outlet dew point indication and high dew point alarm.

Optimum Dew Point Performance
  • Dryers are provided as standard set for a -40°F dew point. An optional dew point of -94°F is available
  • Air velocity and, therefore, air to the desiccant contact time is carefully controlled via a pressure-maintaining device to ensure optimum dew point performance
